Lovingly Made Ingredients is looking for a Full-Time Production Coordinator (NOC 13201)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $36.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Coordinate daily with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

·         Monitoring and document quality control procedures, inspection results, and corrective actions to support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

·         Conduct and review production floor inspections, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.

·         Maintain and update operational documentation, including checklists, forms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality and safety standards.

·         Place, track, and manage purchase orders for production materials and operational supplies, ensuring timely procurement to support uninterrupted production activities.

·         Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records.

·         Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate procurement documentation.

·         Prepare operational, safety, and compliance reports to support production planning and management decision-making.

·         Implement and monitor workplace compliance programs to support operational, safety, and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing facility.

·         Collaborate with managers to support workplace safety initiatives and participate in inspections to maintain a safe and compliant production environment.

·         Maintain accurate operational, HR, and production records through proactive data entry, documentation management, and system updates.

·         Support administrative functions including coordinating staff schedules based on production demands, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding, training coordination, and payroll documentation.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a post-secondary education program in Business or Supply Chain Management (or related) OR extensive experience as a dispatcher, production clerk or scheduling clerk

·         Experience in food manufacturing is a plus

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/payroll software

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Language in the workplace is English
