Lovingly Made Ingredients is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician (NOC 72400)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $40.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, including mixers, conveyors, packaging machines, and other industrial machinery.

·         Diagnose mechanical issues and make necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.

·         Install, align, and secure equipment such as pumps, motors, and belts as needed.

·         Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to accurately troubleshoot and repair equipment.

·         Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

·         Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure machinery meets operational and quality standards.

·         Maintain accurate maintenance records, documenting all repairs, replacements, and adjustments made.

·         Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

·         Assist in equipment upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

·         Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and support production demands as required.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of maintenance or industrial machinery repair experience, or equivalent education

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with troubleshooting industrial equipment.

·         Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.

·         Proficiency in using hand tools, welding equipment, and other tools.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

·         Know how to use FIIX and administer maintenance schedules.

·         Language in the workplace is English
