Great Canadian Oil Change 1205 (Surrey) is looking for a Full-Time Automotive Service Centre Manager (NOC 60020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $44.72/hour, with benefits.

Responsibilities:

·         Plan, direct, and evaluate all facets of the business including operations, sales, and product knowledge

·         Hire, coach and develop your team to ensure a high standard of efficiency in store following the Superpro Procedures

·         Administer and document employee issues and tracking improvement, write ups and discipline where appropriate.

·         Create store schedule a full month in advance and staff according to sales and coverage needed while managing employee overtime efficiently

·         Facilitate successful training sessions with other staff of all levels

·         Provide consistent coaching and feedback to hold your team accountable for all sales metrics

·         Proactively plan your team’s responsibilities in store and lead by example

·         Oversee all product/inventory management at your store including inventory counts

·         Help sell and promote the products we carry, you are a leader on the sales floor

·         Ensure store cleanliness and organization

·         Perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request by your Area Manager

·         Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications.

·         Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers

Knowledge and Skills:

·         Minimum 3 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility (with some automotive service centre experience)

·         Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

·         Knowledge of cash handling, facility management, and safety control policies and practices.

·         Language in the workplace is English
