Automotive Body Painter

Overview

Tsawwassen Collision Ltd is looking for a Full-Time Automotive Body Painter (NOC 72411)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $38.50 to $40.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.

·         Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning.

·         Mix and match paint colours according to specifications.

·         Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray guns and other tools.

·         Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups.

·         Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area.

·         Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and paint materials.

·         Collaborate with body technicians to complete repairs and refinishing.

Job Requirements:

·         Must have an extensive autobody painting background – minimum 3 years of experience

·         High School diploma

·         Language in the workplace is English
