Lovingly Made Ingredients is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $29.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Assist in documenting and tracking quality control procedures and results

·         Coordinate with production staff to ensure compliance with food safety standards

·         Maintain records of inspections and corrective actions

·         Complete and review floor inspections

·         Place and track orders for ingredients and packaging materials

·         Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues

·         Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier communications

·         Collect and verify employee hours in the payroll system

·         Assist with payroll processing and reporting in coordination with HR or finance

·         Handle employee inquiries related to pay and benefits

·         Create and maintain staff schedules based on production needs

·         Coordinate shift changes and communicate updates to team members

·         Support onboarding and training schedules for new hires

Job Requirements:

·         Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role – minimum 1-2 years

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/payroll software

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Experience in food manufacturing or quality control is a plus

·         Language in the workplace is English
