Restaurant Manager

Overview

WGP-210 Holdings Ltd dba Tim Hortons – Leckie Rd, Kelowna, BC is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position, 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tim Hortons Hollywood

·         Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·         Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·         Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

·         Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

·         Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for private use.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in food service, including supervisory experience, is required.

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         $36.60 per hour

·         Quarterly performance-based bonuses

·         Optional paid benefits after 3 months: extended medical and dental
