Overview

Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Vernon is looking for three (3) Full-Time Barbers (NOC 63210)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $20.31/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences

·         Shave and trim beards and moustaches

·         May shampoo hair and provide other hair treatment

·         Suggest hairstyle compatible with client’s physical features or determine style from client’s instructions and preferences

·         Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair

·         Book appointments and order supplies

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a seven-month to one-year apprenticeship or other barber program, or equivalent

·         Language in the workplace is English
