Overview
Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Kamloops Summit Centre Mall is looking for a Full-Time Regional Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 hours per week.
Job Description:
· Oversee the operations of multiple Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop locations within the assigned region, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards
· Develop, implement, and monitor regional policies, procedures, and best practices to drive operational excellence
· Lead regional budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability across all locations
· Support individual shop managers in staffing, training, and team development to build strong, high-performing teams
· Conduct regular visits to barbershop locations to evaluate performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company standards
· Analyze customer feedback, operational data, and local market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
· Collaborate with the franchise and brand head office on marketing strategies and regional advertising campaigns.
Job Requirements:
· 3 years of experience as a Barber, with managerial and supervisory experience
· Must have experience managing multiple shops
· Must be willing to travel to different shops in the area
· Language in the workplace is English
We offer:
· Paid service dollars and tips; or guaranteed minimum salary of $63,000 annually; whichever is greater.

Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop – D104 – 1180 Columbia Street W, Kamloops, BC V2C 6R6. May be asked to personally visit other stores in Okanagan region/Lower Mainland.
