Tim Hortons 3119 – Carrington Rd is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tim Hortons location, ensuring efficient service and a positive customer experience.
Implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Recruit, hire, and provide training for new team members
Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance, ensuring optimal productivity and excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, track sales, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed to meet business goals and customer demand.
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner while maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing for food and other inventory items.
Coordinate and negotiate arrangements for catering orders or special events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience working in the food industry, including supervisory experience
Completion of a college program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
Language in the workplace is English
We offer:

Annual salary of $72,000
Shared medical and dental benefits after 3 months of working.
