Overview
The Keg Sudbury is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
Job Description:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the food services operations of the Keg Sudbury
· Develop, implement, and oversee kitchen procedures, menu planning, and food preparation methods in alignment with budgetary, nutritional, and quality standards
· Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
· Hire, train, and manage food service and kitchen staff
· Monitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, placing orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment
· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and sanitation requirements
· Analyze operational performance, including food cost, labor cost, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
· Manage budgeting and financial planning for the food services operation, including forecasting, expense control, and profit analysis
· Oversee kitchen production, ensure consistency and quality of food, and lead culinary team in execution during peak service times.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of related experience in the food service sector
· Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management, or related
· Must be available to work evenings and weekends
· Language in the workplace is English
