Wage: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (Negotiable)

Shift: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend

Work Setting: Restaurant
Benefits: 4% of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years (in Japanese cuisine)
Capabilities:
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Clean kitchen and work areas
