Hotel Manager

Overview

Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Country/Winfield Area is looking for a Full-Time Hotel Manager (NOC 60031)! This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Description:

·         Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation Super 8 Lake Country

·         Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

·         Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies

·         Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies

·         Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules

·         Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions

·         Resolve customer complaints

·         As needed, step in to perform duties of hotel workers managed.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry

·         Minimum completion of college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline, or equivalent experience

·         Language in the workplace is English – must be fluent

·         $39.22 per hour, 40 hours per week
