Construction Labourers

Overview

River Valley Construction Services Ltd is looking for three (3) Full-Time Construction Labourers (NOC 75110)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $29.00/hour, plus mileage and live-out pay when applicable.

Job Description:

·         Assist tradespersons such as cement/concrete finishers in construction activities

·         Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas

·         Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites

·         Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt

·         Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel

·         Clean up work space

·         Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Job Requirements:

·         Must be physically able to do construction work

·         Previous concrete experience is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English

Job Location:

Various sites in BC – interior, Whistler, Williams Lake.
