Overview

Quinn’s Nails and Spa is looking for a Full-Time Salon Maintenance Servicer (NOC 73209)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Inspect salon equipment and service stations (e.g., pedicure chairs, massage beds, waxing heaters, facial steamers, lash extension tools) to determine repair or maintenance needs.

·         Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components of all salon equipment using appropriate hand, power, or specialized tools.

·         Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on all salon tools and machines.

·         Test and adjust repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality, client safety, and compliance with salon and health regulations.

·         Calibrate salon devices as needed.

·         Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, part replacements, and routine maintenance for tracking and compliance purposes.

·         Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and treatment rooms in line with local health and safety standards.

·         Monitor inventory and restock supplies needed for equipment maintenance and nail services, coordinating with management for ordering.

·         Coordinate with external service providers when specialized repairs are beyond in-house capabilities.

·         Collaborate with estheticians and massage therapists to identify equipment needs or functional issues.

·         Support overall salon operations by performing minor facility repairs (e.g., light plumbing, fixtures, shelving, lighting) when required.

·         May perform nail technician duties, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, and application of gel or acrylic nails.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of training or related work experience in nail salon maintenance.

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         Hourly wage of $36.60 per hour
