Vineyard Worker

Overview

Premium Vineyard Management Limited is looking for a Full-Time Vineyard Worker (NOC 85101)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $18.25/hour plus vacation pay.

Job Description:

·         Cultivate grapes for wine production

·         Perform vineyard tasks including pruning, suckering, thinning, positioning, hedging, and harvest

·         Assist with vine training and positioning to support healthy growth and optimal sunlight exposure

·         Carry out hedging and leaf removal to help control vine development and improve fruit quality

·         Support harvest activities, including hand-picking, sorting, and transporting grapes

·         Help manage crop load through cluster thinning to maintain grape quality

·         Monitor vines for signs of pests, disease, or nutrient issues and report concerns to supervisors

·         Use and maintain vineyard tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Job Requirements:

·         Previous experience is an asset but not required

·         Must be willing to work outdoors
