Operations Floor Manager

Overview

PBCN P.A. Fuel & Convenience/Tim Horton’s is looking for a Full-Time Operations Floor Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Lead and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, staffing coverage, and smooth shift execution.

·         Supervise, coach, and motivate team members while providing ongoing training, feedback, and performance support.

·         Deliver exceptional guest service, address customer concerns promptly, and resolve issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

·         Maintain consistent product quality, presentation, portioning, and adherence to Tim Hortons brand standards.

·         Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food handling, and food safety are consistently maintained throughout the restaurant.

·         Complete and monitor required temperature logs, food safety checks, opening/closing procedures, and other operational controls.

·         Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs to minimize operational disruptions.

·         Implement promotional campaigns, new products, procedures, and company initiatives while ensuring team understanding and execution.

·         Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and support effective ordering and cost-control practices.

·         Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, attendance management, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels based on business needs.

·         Complete weekly operational reviews and audits, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on corrective actions.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, employment standards, and applicable health regulations.

·         Monitor daily sales, labour, service times, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

·         Ensure all opening and closing duties, cash procedures, security checks, and end-of-day requirements are completed accurately.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

·         Previous experience working for a Tim Horton’s is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         $54,000 annual salary
