Wage: $19.04/hour, 35-40 hours per week.

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service. Supervisory experience in an asset.

Job Duties:

·         Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

·         Establish work schedules and procedures

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Prepare food items such as bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, soups, kids’ meal, take out and catering products.

·         Customer service, taking orders, preparing orders (coffee, breakfast & lunch sandwiches, soup, bakery items), accepting payments from guests/customers

·         Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·         Stock, organize and clean work area and making sure that all the areas of restaurants are clean.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Perform job duties of workers supervised, as needed.

·         Monitors and ensures all store policies are followed by Team Members during the shift (e.g. cash

·         policies, meal and break policies, food safety policies)

·         Displays knowledge of and works in compliance with Tim Hortons operating, food safety, security, health and safety, and employment standards and applicable legislation.

·         Checks to ensure that all product and packaging is properly merchandised and stocked

·         Maintains operational efficiency through use of positioning charts and pre-rush checklists

·         Responds to Guest service complaints in a timely manner, resolving problems and turning

·         potentially negative situations into positive situations

·         Escalates to storeowner or manager any issues or problems that occur during shift.
