Drywall Installer Helper

Overview

NLD Okanagan is looking for four (4) Full-Time Drywall Installer Helpers (NOC 75110)! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $26.00/hour. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.

Job Description:

Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
Assist tradespersons such as drywall installers in construction activities
Assist in demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
Clean up work area and remove materials as needed
Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
Job Requirements:

Previous experience in drywall or related construction is an asset, but not required.
Language in the workplace is English

NLD Okanagan – Project locations will be in the Okanagan area in BC. Office located in West Kelowna, BC V4T 1M1.
