Food Service Supervisor

Overview

Mucho Burrito – Kelowna Powick is looking for three (3) Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020-2)! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $18.27/hour (negotiable). We offer year-round and seasonal positions.

Job Description:

Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations
Supervise serving of meals of food counter attendants
Inspect kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met
Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees
Requisition and inspect foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met
Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees
Direct preparation of foods and beverages
Train food counter attendants
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service. Previous experience as a Food Service Supervisor is an asset
Minimum completion of High School or equivalent
Language in the workplace is English
