Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Front-of-House (Dining & Entrance)
Tables & Seating: Sanitize tables, chairs, and booth seats after every guest visit.
High-Touch Surfaces: Disinfect door handles, railings, host stands, and POS terminals multiple times daily.
Glass & Windows: Wipe down entry doors and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges.
Floor Care: Sweep and mop the entrance and dining areas; vacuum carpets and rugs to clear debris.
Guest Items: Wipe down menus with disinfectants and sanitize condiment shakers/bottles.
Back-of-House (Kitchen)
Prep Surfaces: Sanitize all countertops, cutting boards, and food preparation areas after each shift.
Cooking Equipment: Clean grills, griddles, ranges, and fryers; ensure to clean underneath the equipment as well.
Small wares: Wash all utensils, glassware, and cookware; allow them to air dry overnight.
Storage Areas: Sweep walk-in refrigerators and dry storage; organize stock and check for spills.
Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling bins; sanitize the bins before replacing liners.
Restrooms
Sanitization: Scrub and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks daily.
Surfaces: Wipe down mirrors, faucets, and high-touch areas like stall locks.
Restocking: Replenish hand soap, toilet tissue, and paper towels throughout the day.
Floors: Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a dry, clean appearance.
Closing Procedures
Linens: Send all soiled rags, towels, aprons, and tablecloths to the laundry.
Floor Mats: Remove floor mats for cleaning and mop the floor space underneath them.
Drains: Rinse floor and sink drains to prevent blockages and odors.
Additional Support Duties Dishwashing: Assisting with washing plates, glassware, and kitchenware.
