Responsibilities
Tasks
• Install and assemble shade sail structures, including posts, cables, and fabric systems
• Measure, mark, and prepare installation sites according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation instructions
• Secure and anchor structural components using hand and power tools
• Inspect and verify alignment, tension, and structural integrity of installations
• Perform adjustments and repairs to ensure proper fit and function
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Provide on-site guidance and basic training to installation helpers or subcontractors
• Communicate with project managers and team members regarding progress and issues
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
