Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

· Client Consultation & Advice: Evaluating client eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, family sponsorship) and advising them on the best options.

· Documentation & Application Preparation: Preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa, permanent residence, or citizenship applications with required documentation.

· Case Management: Tracking application status, addressing inquiries from immigration authorities, and managing deadlines to prevent delays.

· Representation: Acting as the official representative for clients during immigration hearings or in communication with government agencies.

· Research & Compliance: Keeping up-to-date with frequently changing immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate advice.

· Specialized Services: Assisting employers with Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA) and work permits for foreign workers. Express Entry, Spousal sponsorship applications and various PNP programs.
