Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff and supervisor in the food and beverage department of our facility

·         Orders items such as food, linen, beverages ( alcoholic and none alcoholic)

·         Ensure proper food service and quality control

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·         Prepare and submit reports

·         Must know the establishment’s culinary genres

·         Supervising employee activities to conform to established standards and policies

·         Establish work schedules

·         Respond quickly to customer complaints to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

·         Follows and implements standards and procedures

·         Managing catering orders, functions, and events

·         Work with our catering team to ensure guest satisfaction

·         Follows all labour laws

·         Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

·         Enforce code of conducts of the organization

·         Hires, trains and holds team members accountable

·         Helps with sales strategies

·         Access Control of the building (checking IDs for legal age, controlling capacity)

·         Patrolling & Surveillance

·         Conflict Management (De-escalating customer disputes, removing aggresive or intoxicated guests, communicating with local law enforcement if necessary)

·         Reporting (Documenting incidents, writing reports)

·         Any other duties fits for this position as discussed with ownership
