Food Services Manager

Overview

Fatburger Kelowna is looking for two Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $36.60 to $37.00 per hour.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Fatburger Kelowna

·         Implement and monitor operational procedures for dine-in, take-out, and delivery services.

·         Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·         Monitor staff performance and ensure company standards are followed.

·         Manage inventory levels, order food and supplies, and control stock to reduce waste.

·         Oversee financial performance, including monitoring costs, sales, and profitability.

·         Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

·         Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.

·         Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations to maintain efficient service.

·         Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency according to Fatburger standards.

·         Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily cash reconciliation.

·         Support promotional activities or company initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.

·         Language in the workplace is English
