Overview
Edo Japan is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-35 hours per week, $37.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of a Edo Japan quick-service kiosk restaurant.
· Implement operational procedures to ensure efficient food preparation, order fulfillment and customer service.
· Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
· Prepare work schedules, assign duties and monitor employee performance.
· Ensure food quality, portion control and compliance with company standards.
· Monitor inventory levels, order food, packaging and supplies, and minimize waste.
· Control costs, monitor sales and implement measures to improve profitability.
· Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, food safety and workplace safety regulations.
· Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer service.
· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food products and supplies.
· Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale operations and daily sales reporting.
· Maintain the cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of the kiosk and equipment.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
· Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management OR equivalent experience.
· Language in the workplace is English.
