Responsibilities
Tasks
• Operational Oversight:
o Manage and supervise daily catering operations, ensuring food preparation and service meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Staff Management:
o Hire, train, schedule, and supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and delivery personnel, ensuring all roles are filled with qualified individuals.
• Client Relations and Sales:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with school clients and other customers, ensuring their needs are met through customized catering solutions.
o Proactively generate new business through outreach to potential clients, including schools, organizations, and other institutions, leading to increased sales opportunities.
• Marketing Strategy:
o Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Kidssentials’ catering services.
o Coordinate advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and social media efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Financial Management:
o Develop and manage catering budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability through efficient resource allocation and cost control measures.
o Analyze financial performance and develop strategies for revenue growth.
• Menu Development and Planning:
o Oversee the design of menus in consultation with clients and ensure all dishes meet dietary restrictions, nutritional needs, and taste preferences.
• Logistics and Supply Chain:
o Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries, ensuring food arrives on time and meets quality expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and workplace safety.
• Strategic Planning:
o Assist in long-term business planning, helping to identify opportunities for growth, cost reductions, and improved client service.
o Provide input on new product/service offerings based on client feedback and market demand.
