Registered Nurses (RN)

Overview

Carevo Home Healthcare is looking for two (2) Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN) (NOC 31301)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $40.59/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Conduct in-home nursing assessments to evaluate clients’ health conditions, functional abilities, personal care needs, and home safety risks.

·         Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on clients’ health conditions and changing care requirements.

·         Coordinate and oversee home care services, including assigning PSWs, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate service coverage.

·         Provide clinical guidance and supervision to PSWs to ensure compliance with care plans, nursing instructions, and established care standards.

·         Monitor clients’ health conditions, identify changes in their status, and arrange appropriate interventions or referrals when necessary.

·         Review client care documentation, monitor service quality, and address concerns related to client care and staff performance.

·         Coordinate with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and client safety.

·         Maintain accurate nursing assessments, care plans, and clinical records in accordance with professional nursing standards and company policies.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a university, college or other approved registered nursing program

·         Must have the licence as a Registered Nurse from the College of Nurses of Ontario, or ability to obtain

·         Language in the workplace is English
