Home Care Service Managers

Overview

Carevo Home Healthcare is looking for two (2) Full-Time Home Care Service Managers (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $37.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Carevo Home Healthcare

·         Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

·         Plan and control budget and inventory

·         Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems

·         Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

·         Hire, train and supervise staff

·         As needed, perform duties of staff supervised (personal support workers).

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 1-2 years of experience in home care services or related

·         Education or training in home care services is an asset, but not required

·         Language in the workplace is English
