Food Services Manager

Overview

Bread Co. in Kelowna, BC is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the food services operations of Bread Co Pandosy

·         Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·         Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·         Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

·         Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

·         Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management, or related

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         Annual wage of $57,100
