Kitchen Manager

Overview

Boston Pizza (Merritt, BC) is looking for a Full-Time Kitchen Manager (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position, minimum 30-40 hours per week, $20.15/hour, tips additional.

Job Description:

·         Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Establish kitchen work schedules and procedures

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service

·         Language in the workplace is English
