Intellipro Technologies Canada Inc is looking for a Full-Time Senior Human Resources Specialist (NOC 11200)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 hours per week.

This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities to support staffing needs across health care operations. This role develops recruitment strategies, oversees hiring processes, and ensures compliance with employment legislation and health care credentialing requirements.

Job Description:

·         Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures, including multi-jurisdictional vacation, leave, and attendance frameworks to ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation

·         Provide expert advice to management and employees on HR policies, employment standards, and best practices to support effective organizational operations

·         Lead the design, implementation, and communication of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements

·         Interpret and apply labour laws and internal policies to support compliance and mitigate organizational risk

·         Conduct workplace investigations, deliver HR-related training, and recommend corrective actions to promote compliance and a positive work environment

·         Oversee and support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

·         Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making

·         Administer and advise on employee benefits programs, liaising with providers and ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance

·         Support and enhance performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluation processes, and employee development initiatives

·         Maintain and audit HR information systems and employee records to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards

·         Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation practices, including auditing payroll inputs and benefit deductions

·         Coordinate compliance reporting and audits (e.g., retirement plans, workers’ compensation, employee data reporting) across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Requirements:

·         University degree or college diploma in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology

·         Knowledge and experience in Canadian recruitment strategies

·         Having some experience in healthcare HR operations (or related) is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English

Benefits:

·         $74,500 annual salary, 35 hours per week
