Building Maintenance Superintendent

Overview

BNA Brewing Co. & Eatery is looking for a Full-Time Building Maintenance Superintendent (NOC 73201)! This is a full-time, permanent position working 32 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Maintain (and repair, if needed) bowling system and area

·         Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors (heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, painting, drywall repair)

·         Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

·         Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers

·         Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2-3 years of related experience

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         Annual salary of $60,000

·         Extended medical and dental benefits after 6 months
