Overview

Black Diamond Bar & Grill is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations of Black Diamond Bar and Grill.

·         Oversee menu planning to ensure offerings align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.

·         Ensure consistent food and service quality in accordance with brand standards.

·         Determine type of services to be offered and implement operating procedures.

·         Collaborate with ownership on promotions, business development, and service improvements.

·         Recruit, train, and supervise staff; develop work schedules and monitor performance.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

·         Manage inventory, control food and supply costs, and track revenues.

·         Liaise with suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements for food and equipment.

·         Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs.

·         Resolve customer complaints and address feedback to improve service.

·         Coordinate catering services and special event bookings, including banquets and receptions.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the food service industry, with supervisory capacity

·         Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage service management, ore related

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         $45.00 per hour
