Responsibilities

Tasks

 

•         Assist the catering manager in overseeing all aspects of the catering operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service

•         Assist with the training and operations of all bars and terrace operations

•         Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, and place orders as necessary

•         Manage and supervise catering staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

•         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines

•         Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary requirements

•         Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure that events are executed according to their specifications and expectations

•         Assist in budgeting and financial management, including cost control and revenue generation

•         Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to increase business and attract new client.
