Ambria Vacations is looking for a Full-Time Cleaning Service Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning operations across multiple cottage properties with Ambria Vacations

·         Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate cleaning staff and team leads.

·         Develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage across all properties.

·         Inspect properties and monitor service quality to ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards.

·         Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, service standards, and quality-control programs.

·         Manage departmental budgets, labour costs, cleaning equipment, supplies, and inventory.

·         Respond to guest, owner, and management inquiries, complaints, and service issues, and implement corrective actions.

·         Coordinate cleaning schedules and operational requirements with property management and external contractors.

·         Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

·         Monitor property cleanliness, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as required.

·         Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a cleaner

·         Must have some experience, or be comfortable supervising a cleaning crew

·         Resort environment experience is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English
