• Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and related Japanese dishes.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sushi station.
• Monitor and manage sushi bar inventory.
• Train and mentor new sushi staff in preparation techniques.
• Uphold strict food safety standards
