1120 Rogers Way, Kamloops, BC V1S 1N5 – 1 vacancy

Wage: $27.69/hour, 35-40 hours per week.

Languages: English

Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage service management, business; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in food service, including supervisory experience.

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a Tim Hortons franchise restaurant
Implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for private use.
