Subcity Donair is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and compliance with company standards.

·         Supervise, schedule, train, and support restaurant staff to ensure duties are completed properly.

·         Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards are maintained.

·         Train staff on restaurant operations, cash handling, POS procedures, health and safety, and company policies.

·         Handle and resolve customer complaints and employee concerns professionally.

·         Monitor cash handling, daily sales, cash-outs, and other financial procedures.

·         Monitor inventory and place orders as required to maintain adequate stock levels.

·         Ensure food safety, sanitation, health, and safety regulations are followed at all times.

·         Ensure opening, closing, cleaning, and maintenance procedures are completed properly.

·         Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as required.

·         Maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace environment.

·         Monitor labour, food costs, waste, and overall operational efficiency.

·         Communicate with the Owner/Operator regarding staffing, sales, inventory, and operational matters.

·         Step in and perform supervisor and food counter attendant duties during busy periods or when required.

·         Ensure the restaurant maintains a positive reputation and consistently meets company standards.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.

·         Language in the workplace is English

Annual wage of $60,000.
