Lead Hairdresser

Overview

Carevo Home Healthcare is looking for a Full-Time Lead Hairdresser (NOC 63210)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $36.95/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Provide professional hairdressing services to clients in their own homes.

·         Coordinate and oversee hairdressers and beauticians providing mobile services.

·         Schedule and allocate client appointments based on staff availability, location, and client needs.

·         Maintain high standards of client care, professionalism, hygiene, and service quality.

·         Support, train, and mentor hairdressers and beauticians.

·         Ensure staff follow company policies, health and safety, infection-control, and safeguarding procedures.

·         Build positive relationships with clients and respond professionally to feedback or concerns.

·         Monitor client satisfaction and address service issues promptly.

·         Manage hairdressing and beauty supplies, equipment, and stock levels.

·         Maintain accurate records of appointments, services, and relevant client information.

·         Carry out quality checks and provide ongoing support to mobile staff.

·         Represent the company professionally when visiting clients and working in their homes.

·         Report any health, safety, safeguarding, or other concerns to management.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience as a hairdresser or related

·         Language in the workplace is English
