Nail Salon Manager

Overview

Nancy Nails and Spa is looking for a Full-Time Nail Salon Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $38.50/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Direct and oversee the daily operations of Nancy Nails and Spa nail salon to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

·         Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise nail technicians, reception staff, and other salon personnel.

·         Develop staff work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance standards.

·         Manage inventory levels by ordering and maintaining adequate supplies of nail care products, equipment, and salon materials.

·         Establish and implement salon policies, procedures, and service standards.

·         Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a professional manner to maintain positive client relationships.

·         Monitor sales performance, prepare operational reports, and assist in achieving revenue targets.

·         Control operating expenses and oversee cash handling, billing, and payment procedures.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.

·         Coordinate promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and customer retention programs to support business growth.

·         Evaluate service quality and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.

·         Liaise with suppliers and negotiate purchases of salon products and equipment.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 1-3 years of experience in nail salon service

·         Language in the workplace is English
