Food Service Supervisor

Overview

Edo Japan (Fruit Union) is looking for a Full-Time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-35 hours per week, $20.15/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Establish work schedules and procedures

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         As needed, perform duties of workers supervised.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or service

·         Language in the workplace is English.
