Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Vernon is looking for a Full-Time Barbershop Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Kamloops
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Plan and control budget and inventory
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Hire, train and supervise staff
As needed, cut and style hair and perform related services.
Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a barber

· College diploma or vocational certificate in barbering is an asset

· Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

· Paid service dollars and tips; or guaranteed minimum salary of $63,000 annually; whichever is greater.

· Gratuities, commission on products sold
