Overview

Neighbours Pub in West Kelowna, BC is looking for a Full-Time Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize and oversee daily restaurant and pub operations.

·         Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff.

·         Prepare work schedules and assign duties.

·         Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and health regulations.

·         Monitor service quality and resolve customer concerns.

·         Control inventory and order food, beverages and supplies.

·         Manage budgets, expenses and cost controls.

·         Track sales, prepare reports and maintain operational records.

·         Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.

·         Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

·         Coordinate promotional activities and support business growth.

·         Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and safety.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or related.

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.

·         Language in the workplace is English.
