Food Service Supervisors

Overview

TacoTime Vernon is looking for two Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $20.15 per hour.

Job Description:

·         Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Establish work schedules and procedures

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or service

·         Language in the workplace is English
