Overview

Cobs Bread is looking for two (2) Full-Time Bakers (NOC 63202)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week, $20.00/hour.

Job Description:

·         Prepare and create specialty foods such as bread and pastries

·         Mix and bake doughs and batters

·         Prepare dough for pastries, sweet goods, and icings or frostings according to recipes

·         Frost and decorate baked goods

·         Prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen

·         Ensure quality of products meets established standards

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of commercial baking experience

·         Must be willing to work very early mornings (some shifts start at 3:00 am)

·         Language in the workplace is English
