Cut Rite Meats / Hoss & Jill’s Bistro is looking for a Full-Time Front of House Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and an excellent customer experience

·         Develop and implement service standards and operational procedures

·         Manage and optimize staff scheduling for regular service, peak periods, and special events

·         Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate front-of-house staff

·         Handle customer concerns and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction

·         Coordinate, execute, negotiate arrangements for banquets, private events, and catering services

·         Oversee catering operations and off-site functions

·         Liaise with clients to plan and confirm event details, menus, and service requirements

·         Monitor inventory, control costs, and track revenues to support profitability

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage service management, or business

·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         $36.60 to $42.00 per hour
