Dairy Farm Workers

Overview

Mcleod Farms is looking for three (3) Full-Time Dairy Farm Workers (NOC 85100) to join our growing team! This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Description:

·         Milking 200-250 cows

·         Moving cows into holding areas

·         Scraping manure from cow transport areas

·         Cleaning stalls

·         Feeding calves

·         Cleaning equipment

·         Field work including: planting, irrigating, tilling weeds, and harvesting crops.

Job Requirements:

·         Previous experience is an asset but not required

·         Must be willing to work our schedule – could be 9 hours per day, 5.5 days per week. Close to 50 hours per week.

We offer:

·         Monthly salary of $4,600

·         Optional – we offer subsidized housing and utilities

·         Free eggs and meat from the farm (when available)

·         Annual bonuses (as applicable)
