Restaurant Manager

Overview

BNA Brewing Co. & Eatery in downtown Kelowna, BC is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of BNA Brewing and Eatery – restaurant, bar

·         Implement operational procedures

·         Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·         Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

·         Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

·         Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for private events.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of work experience as restaurant/bar manager or supervisor

·         Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong communication and leadership skills

·         Must be available to work mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays

·         Must be able to read and write English

We offer:

·         Annual wage – $65,000 CAD (negotiable)

·         Extended medical and dental benefits are offered after 6 months of employment
