Good Gracious Contemporary Gifts /The Practical Kitchen is looking for a Full-Time Warehouse and Supply Chain Supervisor (NOC 12013)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $37.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products.

·         Schedule and assign duties to warehouse employees to ensure efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations.

·         Monitor sales and inventory reports to forecast stock requirements and recommend purchasing quantities.

·         Coordinate purchasing and replenishment orders with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.

·         Oversee inventory control systems, including tracking stock movements and maintaining accurate inventory records.

·         Organize warehouse layout and storage processes to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

·         Conduct and supervise regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

·         Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards in warehouse operations.

·         Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory handling procedures, receiving protocols, and stock management practices.

·         Prepare operational reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and supply chain performance.

·         Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely product availability.

·         Assist with inventory-related bookkeeping, including documentation of purchases, stock adjustments, and supplier invoices.

Job Requirements:

·         Post-secondary program in business, supply chain, production, or manufacturing management and related.

·         Minimum 2 years of related warehouse/supply chain experience.

·         Strong leadership, inventory control, and staff supervision skills.

·         Language in the workplace is English.
