Restaurant Manager

Overview

Lemongrass Vietnamese Restaurant is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Job Description:

·         Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and consistent service

·         Manage front-of-house staff and ensure adherence to service standards

·         Coordinate dining room activities, reservations, and customer flow

·         Monitor customer satisfaction and address service-related issues

·         Ensure restaurant cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest experience

·         Implement company policies and operational guidelines

·         Track daily sales, cash handling, and basic financial reports

·         Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate servic

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations

·         Assist in staff scheduling and performance monitoring

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years’ work experience in food service, with supervisory experience

·         Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or business

·         Experience in Asian cuisine is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English
